Are you doing the customary Chinese trim or is it that bare? My kids had NO hair for the longest time... I put K in pigtails as soon as some hair sprouted; I think we eventually achieved that at 2.5 years old. I have been banned from having D's hair cut and the father is going to take him to his special hairdresser very soon ;)
